For me the best way I have over come pain or sadness is playing music, or expressing it through making mixes. And for me a first in style/format with this set. In 1997 I sat in my car after driving home listening at my apartment parking lot to a live recorded set of Paul Oakenfold on Don Berns show (CKLN) I sat there for 45 min , a style-sound-vibe I was not familiar with or for that matter gave a chance to listen. That day that set changed my life. This mix I made inspired me to help me through sadness RIP dad
